Chief Executive

Location: Fulham (regular travel to other West London and Hampshire sites included)

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Salary: £80,000 per annum plus benefits

We’re excited to be recruiting our new CEO, to help us take forward our new strategy, building on the success of the past, to shape our growth and development over the next five years. We’re looking for someone with ambition, passion and purpose, who is excited by the opportunity to lead the organisation through a period of change. The opportunities to help those in need via housing and support are great.

Stoll spans a number of sites, and we are looking to redevelop the largest one, in Fulham, where our offices are also located.  This project is in its early stages, and will present the incoming Chief Executive Officer with strategic options, and operational and project management demands.

We’ll need you to lead and motivate a small staff team to a high professional standard, ensuring projects come to fruition on time and on budget. You’ll help us develop and operationalise our strategy, be able to close the deal with all kinds of supporters, and generate a sense of excitement about Stoll and our plans both in Fulham and beyond, thriving on change and with the resilience to cope with the unexpected. You’ll be comfortable to navigating through complexities and providing modern leadership for our loyal and passionate staff, including our talented and supportive senior management team.  Collaborating with other organizations and individuals will be second nature, and an empathy with our residents is a must.
