Location: Fulham, London, SW6 (travel to other West London and Hampshire sites)

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Salary: £54k – £58k per annum plus benefits (depending on experience)

At the heart of Stoll is our charitable mission to house and to help vulnerable members of the ex-Service community. We are a unique organisation working in both the supported housing and Armed Forces charity sector.

We are excited to be recruiting for a new Director of Housing at a time of organisational change with ambitious plans for a redevelopment of our site in Fulham. Stoll has 287 properties across West London and Aldershot and we are looking for someone with ambition, passion and purpose, who is eager to lead our small, busy housing team.

As Director of Housing, you will lead the strategic development and operational management of housing services across 5 main sites.  You will motivate a small staff team, ensuring excellent Tenancy and Property management is delivered to a high professional standard on time and on budget.

You will have demonstrable experience in delivering high quality, community-based housing services and housing asset management. You will have experience of developing and supporting your team to achieve success and to work collaboratively across all departments at a senior level. You will be skilled at working in partnership with other agencies and building positive working relationships with key stakeholders and regulators.
