Property Services Manager

Location: Fulham (regular travel to other West London and Hampshire sites included)

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Salary: £39,036 per annum plus benefits


We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic property services manager to work within our small, busy Housing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management and delivery of customer focused property and estate services.
  • Providing high maintenance standards
  • Ensuring effective Health & Safety provision across all developments
  • Achieving performance outcomes and objectives and presenting reports.
  • Ensuring that property services comply with best practice, the law and all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Managing day to day property services expenditure in line with budget.

This role will be based at our Fulham Road estate but will require regular travel to our other West London and Hampshire housing sites.
