Property Services Officer

Location: Aldershot and Hounslow and travel to other sites when necessary. 

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 35 hours per week 

Salary: £15 per hour plus benefits and travel

Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector.  Founded in 1917, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for over one hundred years.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic maintenance/repairs officer to work within our small, busy housing team.  Hours of work are dependent on your availability. You will provide an excellent customer-focused repairs, maintenance and property/estate management service to Stoll residents and estates in Aldershot and Hounslow and other Stoll locations:

·         Preliminary repairs and voids inspections

·         Health & Safety checks at Stoll sites,

·         Void works, minor repairs and maintenance works in Stoll properties

·         Simple aids and adaptations work to properties

·         Cleaning duties as required

·         Driver’s License required

·         Own vehicle desirable
