Stoll’s Aldershot scheme celebrates first birthday

Stoll’s newest scheme, Centenary Lodge, recently celebrated one year since the arrival of the scheme’s first tenants following it’s official opening by Stoll’s Patron, HRH The Countess of Wessex, in June 2018.

The scheme was built to address the lack of housing for ex-Service personnel and provides thirty-four homes for vulnerable and disabled Veterans and their families. Upon its opening in June 2018 all homes were already filled and there is now a waiting list for the flats. The scheme won the 2018 Best Affordable Housing Development Award at the Inside Housing Development Awards; a prestigious award within the housing industry.

The first birthday of this well-loved scheme was celebrated by tenants and staff alike, with a party held last week including a tenant-run BBQ, games and a wonderful birthday cake.
