IT skills and support

Stoll is committed to enabling all our residents to get online. Stollnet offers free IT training from the basics of getting online to skills for work.

Workshops

There are regular drop-in workshops on IT topics of interest, such as:

  • Setting up and using email
  • Using social media and online messengers like Skype and FaceTime to communciate with friends and family
  • Shopping safely online
  • Accessing entertainment
  • Cyber security
  • Online banking
  • Using MyTenancy to pay rent and report faults / repairs

The monthly sessions take place from 10am-12pm:

Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions – first Wednesday of the month (Garden Room)

Centenary Lodge – second Wednesday of the month

Chiswick War Memorial Homes – third Tuesday of the month

Countess of Wessex House – fourth Wednesday of the month.

Computing facilities

There is access to computers and the Internet at all of our sites. This includes:

  • PCs with Internet access
  • Printing
  • Skype facilities
  • Free wifi (on some sites)
