Veterans’ Outreach Officer

Location: Fulham (includes travel within the M25 area)

Contract :  Permanent

Salary: £25,071 per annum

Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week

Stoll is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic support professional to join our unique Outreach Team.

The successful candidate will carry out needs & risk assessments and provide appropriate support, identified through person-centered support planning to help our Veterans achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for delivering high quality support services to Veterans, their families and dependents, through providing advice and support.
  • Enabling community integration to gain independence and ensure clients sustain tenancies where appropriate.
  • Where acting as a key worker for a client, work with them to facilitate the best outcomes through holistic risk, support and needs assessments.
  • To be responsible for managing own caseload, with significant travel and lone working within the M25 area.
