Will Campbell-Wroe
Chief Executive
Will has 20 years experience as an executive in the social housing and charitable sectors. He held the role of Director of Care and Welfare at Royal British Legion Industries for 4 years, supporting vulnerable veterans to independent living and previously held the role of Director of Communities at West Kent Housing Association for 10 years.
Will is passionate and highly focussed on supporting residents to be active members of their community, ensuring that organisations are evidence led in designing support to enable residents to live long, healthy and independent lives using a housing first approach in understanding and tackling wider support needs.
Sarah Berzon
Director of Corporate Services
Sarah joined Stoll in 2014 and brings 15 years management experience in the Charity and Not for Profit sectors; specialising in Business Administration, Contract Management and Quality Assurance. Previous successes include the achievement of Investors in People Award, Matrix and Mentoring and Befriending Approved Provider Status. As part of the senior management team, Sarah leads on the areas of governance, organisational resourcing and staff development.
Claire Bendall
Director of Housing and Support
Claire Bendall joined us as Head of Services, leading the Support Services at Stoll, managing the support services across the 4 sites, the Health and Wellbeing Team plus the Veterans Nomination Scheme. Claire has over 30 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector, mainly working within Adult Social Care in Local Authorities.
She has worked in a variety of services including resettlement, outreach, day opportunities, re-ablement, extra care, supported living plus residential care. Throughout her career, Claire has focused on supporting people with a range of needs to remain in their own homes, be part of their local communities, staying safe and well, whilst enabling individuals to be as independent as possible.
Marjorie Hylton
Director of Finance
Marjorie has been at Stoll since September 2022. A qualified accountant and “Practitioner” level in both Change Management and Project Management (PRINCE2). She comes with several years’ financial management experience across the private, public, NHS and third sectors. Her focus has been on setting up systems to produce statutory reporting, reducing manual inputting, to building partnerships between teams. A strategic thinker, Marjorie is also a hands-on participative manager and leads and develops operational teams, encouraging and embedding cross-team functionality.
Beverley Russell
Director of Fundraising & Communications
Beverley joined Stoll in 2015 and brings with her 24 years of fundraising experience in the Charity Sector working for both National and Regional organisations. She has managed fundraising teams since 2004 and is a member of the Institute of Fundraising.
