Become a corporate partner
There are a number of different ways your company can work with Stoll to aid us in housing and helping vulnerable ex-service people. Our priority is creating mutually beneficial partnerships that help you achieve your corporate and social responsibility goals whilst engaging staff or customers and raising your brand profile.
Detailed below are just some of the elements of corporate partnership which we would be happy to explore with you in developing a bespoke partnership.
Directly sponsoring the work of Stoll can provide great public relations opportunities for your company and the alignment of your brand with Stoll can raise your profile with the general public and specific audiences. Sponsorship opportunities include:
- Building and naming rights of new residential facilities;
- Delivery of health and wellbeing services;
- Provision of training to help Veterans back into work and independence;
- Sponsorship of vehicles for trips and shopping;
- Home starter packs for Veterans when they move into a Stoll home (providing all the basic necessities);
- IT equipment allowing veterans to access the internet and online learning tools.
Gifts in kind and pro-bono work
Some companies choose to support our work with the donation of goods or services allowing us to save vital funds and do more for the veteran community. Gifts in kind are a great way for your company to utilise your assets and professional skills. From offering free professional services to helping us decorate a new home for an ex-service person, there are many opportunities to provide support – the generosity of which we will publicly recognise through various channels including social media.
Corporate volunteering is often a key part of many companies’ Corporate and Social Responsibility strategy and goals. Stoll can offer skilled and unskilled volunteering opportunities that will help unite your staff behind a charitable cause, whilst giving them first hand experience of how our work makes a tangible difference to ex-service men and women.
Skilled volunteering could include your staff using their knowledge to teach our beneficiaries new skills or providing our staff with valuable guidance. Additionally we can facilitate unskilled volunteering with individuals or groups helping us with projects such as cleaning and redecorating a home for a vulnerable Veteran.
We can support many ways for your employees to get involved in the partnership through fundraising activities. From sporting challenges to bake sales and dress down days we will help them plan and action fun and effective activities which help them bond as a Team whilst they support our vital work with veterans.
With places in events such as Ride London, London Marathon and the Vitality 10k your company can enter an individual or a team to raise your profile while raising vital funds for Stoll. We will work with you to support your Team and promote the generosity of your company.
Also known as Give As You Earn (GAYE) is an extremely flexible way for staff to support Stoll. Donations are acquired through individual’s salaries; these are deducted before tax, making this initiative a tax-efficient way to donate. Staff can give as little or as much as they wish, allowing them to engage with our charity on a regular basis. Offering payroll giving allows your staff to make a positive contribution outside the workplace. Contact us to discuss how easy it is to set up a payroll giving scheme.
Company and staff functions
Most companies have events throughout the year either for the entertaining of customers and suppliers or annual staff events (such as the company Christmas Ball). Why not add a charitable element to this with a silent auction or charity casino? We can provide support and potentially staff on the night to highlight to your audience the support that your company has given to Stoll.
