My Tenancy is the secure online service that lets you easily:
- Check your rent account
- Report a repair and check its progress
- Update your personal information, such as phone number or email address
- Contact the Housing Team
The aim of the portal is to make managing your home, and your relationship with Stoll, much easier. And rest assured, nobody else can see your information as you need your username and password to access the system.
Just click on My Tenancy and login.
Many residents have collected their passwords and are already using this service. If you have not yet started to use the site, you will need your login details and information about how to get started.
You can contact Housing to request your login details. Marie Claire will be available as part of the IT Training programme to help you log in, or you can book an appointment for a one-to-one session.
