Stoll residents said… And we did!

Stoll is proud to work in partnership with residents and take on board all feedback to make real improvements across our housing.

The residents at Stoll Mansions felt the cleaning schedule in place was due a revamp. Together, staff and residents carried out a number of walkabouts through our Fulham site to identify areas of improvement and change.

As a result, a new cleaning schedule has been drawn up and implemented. Feedback from residents at the Mansions has already been extremely positive. One resident stated: “A lot of people have noticed the improvements, it’s fantastic!” Another resident said: “The lifts look like new – you can see your reflection in them.”

We will continue to meet with residents to discuss their feedback on the new system to make sure we continue to reach the highest standard of housing at Stoll.
