How to pay your rent

There are many ways for you to pay your rent and plenty of places where you can pay it. We can’t accept cash payments at the office, so please pay your rent using one of the following methods:

Standing order

The easiest and best way to pay your rent is by standing order. It is easy to set up and means you never miss a payment. To set this up, please request a standing order form from our office, you will need to complete a few details before submitting this to your bank.  You can also download and print the standing order form:

MyTenancy

You can check your rent statements with MyTenancy and then click on the Make a Rent Payment Now button to pay online with your debit or credit card.

Over the Phone during COVID-19

During the current lockdown period we have created a designated phone line for taking card payments over the phone.  Tenants can dial the main phone number 020 7385 2110 and press 3 on their key pad to speak to a member of the housing team who can take their payment over the telephone.

Online

Pay your rent securely online using the Allpay website; just click on the “Make a Payment” symbol. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and accepts most major debit and credit cards.  You will need your PRN (Personal reference Number) to make your payment. Please contact Stoll’s Housing Team on 02073852110 for your details.

You can also use the Mobile App; just download the Allpay App to your smart phone or tablet from the Apple App or Google Play store.
